To achive a high level of fitness and / or highly technical stroke correction get the most out of a one on one private lesson, delivered by Chanel Meek (North) or Lance O'Connor (East).
$60 per hour plus boat if required / $20 per additional person for a group lesson

Dear Lance,
Just a quick email to thank you for taking the time with me over the last couple of weekends to work on my stroke, posture and overall kayaking. I have been paddling (what I thought was paddling) for 6-7 years now and the recent 3 x one our private sessions I am able to confidently say I am 15% faster when paddling my normal run out on Middle Harbour and it would appear that I am using less energy.
I will be sending a couple of my mates along to get some lessons next month.
